How does Studio Wearhaus work?
Studio Wearhaus is a wardrobe storage and resale service that collects your clothing, shoes and accessories from your home, stores them securely and gives you digital access to your wardrobe. You can request returns, sell your items, or donate them — all from your account.
What can I store with Studio Wearhaus?
You can store clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. Each item must be clean, in good condition and suitable for boxed transport.
Is there a minimum number of items I need to store?
Yes. We require a minimum of five (5) items to be stored with us, whether you are on the Basic or Premium plan.
How much does storage cost?
Basic storage is $2 per item per month. Premium Access is $4 per item per month and includes unlimited free returns.
How do pick-ups and deliveries work?
Your first pick-up for storage is free (minimum 5 items). Basic members pay a flat $10 fee per return delivery, with a minimum of 3 items per return. Premium members enjoy unlimited free deliveries and pick-ups, anytime, with no minimum item requirements.
How do I view my stored items?
Once your items are stored, they are professionally photographed and uploaded to your digital wardrobe. You can view and manage your wardrobe via your online account.
Can I sell my items while they’re in storage?
Yes! You can list stored items for sale on our Pre-Loved Marketplace directly from your digital wardrobe. We take care of everything — from listing to dispatch.
Is my clothing insured while in storage?
Insurance is optional. We offer item protection through a partnered insurer for an added fee. You’ll be able to add coverage during item registration.
What if my items are damaged or lost?
We handle all items with the utmost care. If an issue arises, our team will work directly with you to resolve it. Items with optional insurance are covered under those terms.
How do I cancel my storage subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. To retrieve your stored items, simply request a delivery via your account (fees may apply based on your plan).
How do I become a Premium member?
Premium Access can be selected when you register or upgraded at any time from your account. It’s $4 per item/month and includes unlimited free deliveries.
Where is Studio Wearhaus located?
We are proudly based in Sydney, Australia, with plans to expand as our community grows. All items are stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility.
