1. Overview
Studio Wearhaus provides secure wardrobe storage, digital wardrobe management, and delivery logistics. These Terms apply to all users of our platform and services.
2. Services Provided
- Storage: Secure offsite storage of clothing, shoes, and accessories in our facility.
- Digital Wardrobe: Each item is photographed, catalogued, and viewable through your online account.
- Pick-up & Return: We arrange pick-up and delivery of items as per your selected plan.
3. Pricing & Subscription Plans
Basic Plan – $2 per item/month
- Digital wardrobe access
- Secure item storage
- Free pick-up when storing (min. 5 items)
- Returns: $10 per trip (flat fee), with a minimum of 3 items per return
Premium Plan – $4 per item/month
- All features of Basic Plan
- Unlimited free deliveries and pick-ups
- No delivery fees
- Single-item returns allowed (recommended minimum of 3 items for efficiency)
4. Launch Offer
Customers who sign up within 30 days of launch will receive introductory pricing for the first 3 months.
After this period, standard pricing applies.
Studio Wearhaus will provide prior notice before any pricing adjustments.
5. Minimum Storage Policy
A minimum of 5 items is required to activate and maintain any storage plan.
6. Item Condition & Disclaimer of Responsibility
Items must be clean, dry, and in wearable condition at the time of pickup.
Studio Wearhaus does not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of items while in transit or in storage.
By using our service, you acknowledge that all items are stored and handled at your own risk.
7. Returns & Access
All pickups and returns must be scheduled through your online portal.
Basic Plan returns incur a $10 flat fee per delivery (min. 3 items).
Premium Plan includes free returns, with no minimum item requirement.
8. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel your service at any time by scheduling a final return and paying any outstanding fees.
Studio Wearhaus reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse or breach of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
Studio Wearhaus may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Users will be notified of any material changes.
